Simply get connected during and after cooking. You will learn a very basic and simple way of cooking traditional Vietnamese dishes, that you can easily replicate and enjoy with your family and friends on a daily basis.
Vietnamese Dishes (4 course menu)*
Traditional ’n easy – Pho noodle soup (chicken)

Socialising ’n easy – Summer rolls (prawn)
Quick ’n easy – Boiled rice with stir-fried beef filet stripes and pak choi in sesam oil

Dessert: Fruits and tea

Bring your own beverages – Students are very welcome to bring their own bottle of wine and/or beer to enjoy during the class. Vietnamese dishes should be paired with white wine (e.g. Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc, Riesling), rosé or light red wine (e.g. Pinot Noir). Non-alcoholic beverage will be available: Vitenamese Lime Soda.

Gift option available for each student – You can get a Vietnamese Cooking Starter Kits to take home. This will enable you to easily rebuy all Vietnamese ingredients that have been used during the class from a local Asian Supermarket in Basel.
